DoodleBloom Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how DoodleBloom ("DoodleBloom", "the app", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the app. DoodleBloom is a casual tap-to-color application that provides coloring pages, local progress saving, advertising, optional rewarded ads, an optional premium purchase, and store review functionality.

2. Information Stored by DoodleBloom

The app stores limited information locally on your device so its features can work properly. This may include:

• Colors you selected for individual coloring pages.
• Which coloring pages you have completed.
• A count of meaningful app uses used to decide when a review prompt may be shown.
• Whether the premium version has been unlocked.
• Temporary rewarded-ad unlock expiration times for eligible premium coloring pages.
• Whether an in-app review prompt has already been requested.

This information is stored using local device storage and is not uploaded by DoodleBloom to a developer-operated server. Removing the app or clearing its app data may delete locally stored progress.

3. Personal Information We Do Not Ask You to Provide

DoodleBloom does not require you to provide information such as:

• Your name.
• Your email address.
• Your phone number.
• Your home address.
• Your contacts.
• Your photos or personal files.
• Your precise GPS location.

We do not operate a user account system or a cloud database for your coloring progress in the current version of the app.

4. Advertising

The free version of DoodleBloom may display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Advertising providers may automatically process certain information in order to deliver, measure, secure, limit, or personalize advertising, depending on your region, device settings, consent choices, and applicable law.

Information processed by an advertising provider may include, for example:

• Advertising or device identifiers.
• IP address and general network information.
• Approximate location inferred from network information, where permitted.
• Device type, operating system, app version, language, and similar technical information.
• Ad impressions, clicks, views, rewarded-ad completion, and other interactions with advertising.
• Diagnostics, fraud-prevention, security, and performance information.

Users who purchase the premium version may have advertising removed from the app, subject to the features offered in the current release.

5. Rewarded Advertisements

DoodleBloom may allow you to voluntarily watch a rewarded advertisement to temporarily unlock selected premium coloring content. When you use this feature, the advertising provider can process information related to the ad request, display, and successful reward completion. DoodleBloom locally stores the expiration time of the temporary unlock so the content remains available for the stated period.

6. In-App Purchases

DoodleBloom may offer an optional non-consumable premium purchase. Purchases are processed by the platform store, such as Google Play on Android or the Apple App Store on iOS. We do not directly receive or store your full credit-card, debit-card, or other payment credentials.

The store may provide the app with information needed to determine purchase status, such as the product purchased, transaction status, and whether a purchase has been restored. Payment processing and related information are governed by the applicable store provider's policies.

7. App Reviews and Ratings

After meaningful use of DoodleBloom, the app may ask the operating system or app store to display its official in-app review interface. DoodleBloom does not receive the contents of a private review dialog directly from your device. If you choose to submit a public rating or review, it is handled by the relevant app store under that store's own policies and account settings.

8. Third-Party Services

The current app may use platform services and software components associated with:

• Google Mobile Ads / AdMob for advertising.
• Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase for optional purchases.
• Google Play or the Apple App Store for ratings and reviews.
• Flutter platform components and local preferences storage for app functionality.

These third parties may process information independently under their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies to understand how they handle information.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Because DoodleBloom does not operate a developer-controlled account or cloud backend in the current version, your coloring progress is not sent to us for storage. Third-party services used by the app may process or share data as described in their own policies, including for advertising, billing, analytics related to their services, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Coloring progress and other app preferences stored by DoodleBloom remain on your device until they are changed, reset, cleared, or removed with the app. You can generally delete this locally stored information by clearing the app's storage/data in your device settings or by uninstalling DoodleBloom.

Information processed by third-party providers is retained according to those providers' own retention rules and applicable law.

11. Security

We aim to limit the amount of information handled directly by the app. However, no application, device, network, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for your device and app-store account.

12. Children's Privacy

DoodleBloom does not require users to submit a name, email address, or other account information. We do not knowingly operate a system designed to collect personal information directly from children. Advertising and store services may process information as described in their respective privacy policies.

If the app is distributed or marketed to children in a jurisdiction where additional protections apply, the released app and advertising configuration should use the appropriate age-related, consent, and child-directed settings required by applicable law and platform policies.

13. International Users and Consent Choices

Privacy and advertising requirements differ by country and region. Where required by applicable law, users should be provided with any necessary consent or privacy choices before data is processed for advertising purposes.
